Morning After 4-12-2019
Another 8 hours of irrigation leaves water standing against a wall, and who knows what at the foundation of the house.

The irrigation started at 8:05 pm and based on past experience will run all night long. The ground is saturated, so the water is moving down the hill towards the house. The stucco on the left is water damaged from the water it is wicking from the ground. The wet ground is also visible. The larger concern is the house. How much water has reached the foundation? As we returned from the walk the water was reaching the other end of the block (see the video).
I spent 2.5 hours outside since 7am. No sign of the landscape company. No communication from the HOA, not even a reply to email. I'll post photos later.
The hillside is so saturated by the relentless HOA irrigation that the water continues the seep out and run down the street. It is also moving downhill towards our home and has already damaged a landscape wall. The foundation of our home is only a few feet away. I'm taking time away from work to get better photos. We're going to try to get the City to put a stop to this.
Heavy irrigation running again for hours. It started about 9 pm on Tuesday and is still running at 1 am. The ditch was cleaned out a bit so there isn’t t deep water with leaves rolling in it for photos like before, but the ripples in the water running down the street give you an idea.
Update: It ran until 5:30 am.
Irrigation has been running for hours Saturday night into Sunday on the lower slope. The water is hitting the tree tops. Still nothing on the upper slope that has gone to weeds.
This is the same location as posted previously. Irrigation in many places in the community is deeply flawed.
HOA water going down the drain tonight with rain expected tomorrow. They also aren't spraying properly.
Bring the family.
