Irrigation 11 hours per day
Last year Lennar connected or reconnected a large irrigation line to the HOA irrigation system. The system watered Lot L for 11 hours per day. I attempted to bring it to the attention of the HOA. Days later the water line was cut and capped. On April 11th irrigation was running on Lot L again. I don't know when the irrigation line in the photo below was reconnected. The ground is wet where it is leaking at the connection.
This photo taken on 4-12-18 shows some of the irrigation of lot L. Like last year, it appears it is running from 8pm to 7am. Meanwhile, the HOA maintained land next to my home has gone to native weeds and brush for insufficient water and maintenance. Most of the nice plants died long ago.
Some sprinkler heads for the HOA landscape by my house are looking rough. These are not the sprinklers you see running on Lot L (above). If they aren't getting water it hardly matters. One area is being flooded, while another remains dry.
