City Requirement Sky Ranch Landscape

Sky Ranch is one of the City Landscape Maintenance Districts. If the HOA fails to maintain the landscape, the City may levy assessments and do it. Wishing the HOA away is not a solution. Defunding the slopes was a failure to comply with the CC&Rs, and it risked the City taking charge. So far, the City has opted for persuasion and fines.
