HOA Meeting Notes 10-13-2022 12:00pm

Started 12:03pm They couldn’t get Dave Q to start the meeting.

12:05 pm, started for real.

Directors Present: Chris Andre, Dave Quinsey, Ed Wenz, Tom Wright

Directors Absent:

Architectural Variance Request

Glass wall in proximity to retaining wall. They are 6” apart.

Trellis overhang must be 5 ft from property line

It now states that it is at least 5 ft from property line (which is the fence).

Ed: These clarifications are critical for future reviews. He told Chris they should advise the architect they need more information.

Chris said he spoke with the homeowner who provided information and it all worked out.

Ed, Tom, Chris, approved. They couldn’t get a response from Dave.

Ed to include the step by step process in the next meeting.
