Meeting Cancellation Expected Agenda Wasn’t Posted.

The HOA sent an email with agendas for HOA meetings on November 10.   As of Monday morning, November 7, neither agenda had been posted on the bulletin board.  We can expect the open meeting to be canceled for improper notice, though they usually describe it in more positive terms.
